We have really been talking about Stepping into the woman that makes consistent $10k months. How are you doing so far with the steps? Have you implemented them? If not, go back and take some notes.
We are on to step #5. Now, you can’t just sit on your meditation pillow and only think your way into $10k months. You HAVE TO take some action.
So, the fifth step is: Start Taking the Smaller Actions to BECOME HER
I love this! You MUST take action. EVEN if it is small.
This is what you need to do.
So, don’t make this complicated or put a lot of pressure on yourself when you’re just starting out. Remember: BE WHERE YOU ARE. Where you are is perfect. It is part of your journey and your story!
So, Take baby steps. Remember how one of the qualities that my $10k woman had was that she took care of her body with healthy foods, time to eat & prepare delicious foods, yoga, exercise, breath work and meditation? So, what is one thing there that I can do right now?
I can take a few minutes and do a meditation. I can go take a yoga class. I can go outside and take a jog around my block. I can schedule some time in my calendar to eat and prepare delicious foods. I can start to buy organic food. Or maybe hire a dietitian to help me – which is what I actually did… because I am a Virgo and I like to do things right the first time (haha).
So, why is this important?
Because you are telling the Universe (and yourself) that this is in fact true for you. Then the Universe (in cahoots with your unconscious mind) has to conspire to support you. In addition, you are starting to change your belief because you are physically in this reality DOING things that your $10k woman does. This will show as proof positive that you are in fact becoming her.
