That was me! All of it. When I started Yoga, I was feeling blessed that I had a job, but confined by the limitations of it. I wanted to travel, take time with family and friends, go on a month trip to Australia or Bali. I wanted MORE. I wanted to live life to the fullest.
When I came to Yoga, I just wanted to relieve the stress and anxiety I felt and maybe get a more tone stomach in the process. What I got was so much more!

*Value of single session at $85. All sessions are 75 minutes.
**My Yoga services are only for those that reside in the Los Angeles Area as of yet.
What to expect:
1. Click to Pay – Once you pick and click on your desired package option, you will be notified that a questionnaire and waiver will be sent to you. Once you receive my email, please open and fill out both the questionnaire as well as the waiver. I will then be in touch with you soon after to set up an appointment and get a feel for the work we will do together.
2. Yogi Call – When you choose the Yogi Call, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. Once complete, I will be in touch to set a time to chat (15 minutes). Once we confirm that we area good fit, I will send you the necessary paperwork (ie: waiver) and we will set a date for our first appointment.
