Getting real clear about that helped me to get a PICTURE of my destination – who I was becoming. After you get the picture, there is a third step.
The third step is: Read the List Daily
You must reprogram your mind with the image of this NEW you!
To do that, you MUST change your thoughts. One way to do that is to keep thinking a new thought UNTIL you in fact believe it!
I remember the moment that I was reading these thoughts and thought to myself “Why the heck do all these say SHE, they should say “I”. I knew in the moment that I was drawing her EVEN closer to me. I no longer saw this woman as someone that was slightly outside me or as a picture of her that I could visually see, but SHE WAS ACTUALLY ME!
So, why is this important?
Because you have thousands of thoughts a day, You MUST counter the negative thoughts with the THOUGHTS you CHOOSE and want to believe INSTEAD. Writing the image down and then reading the image back to yourself daily is a way to remind yourself of what it is that you WANT.
