Have you ever noticed that when you are grateful… the way you see the world changes? That is because gratitude changes your energy to that of a vibrational field of love. It is difficult to think of what you are grateful for and be pissed off. Choosing to be grateful at any given moment invites love and happiness into your being (or self).
Try any one of the following tasks for the next 28 days and see how you feel and what has changed in your life because of how you now feel.
1. Each morning share 3 things you are grateful for that are new and different from any day before.
2. Email, call or personally communicate to someone in your life and share with them what you are thankful for or grateful for in relation to your experience of them in your life.
3. Journal for 2 minutes each morning about a meaningful experience you had the day before. (This allows you to re-live this moment – the brain does not know the difference between what is real and what is visualized. Therefore, allowing you to stay in a positive vibrational field.)
