The short answer: YES!
In my work, I have come across several people with limiting beliefs that have stifled or even stopped them from accomplishing their goals and dreams. These limiting beliefs are derived from our life experiences and environment; they are further based in our values. These limiting beliefs and values are part of several filters that allow us to interpret the outside world through our own eyes.
This week I was present to several limiting belief changes. These individuals, with guidance, were able to get rid of their old belief (ie: ” I am not good enough”) and replace that belief with a new and opposite belief (ie: “I am good enough”). Using the language of the mind we are able to create new neurological connections to a new belief. When would now be the right time to get rid of your limiting beliefs that hold you back or make you feel stuck?
1. Journal: Take inventory of the self talk you have going on in your head. Further, write down the related limiting beliefs that are causing you the most grief.
2. Schedule: Work with Me and set time to release those limiting beliefs. Possible benefits to you are a better relationship with yourself, others, and/or an increase in your personal or business production.
